The start and the arrival are on the beach promenade at the height of the Casino (Kursaal-Westhelling).
The track is 7 km and has to be run once, twice or three times according the chosen distance.
When? Saturday 22nd September 2018 at 08:00PM
Where? Ostend, on the beach promenade at the height of the Casino (Westhelling)
Pick-up of bib number? On Saturday 22nd September from 09:00AM until 07:00PM at the entrance of the Casino (Monacoplein)
Changing - luggage? Civic swimming pool - Koningin Astridlaan 1, Ostend (until 11:00PM!)
Provisioning? Water: after every 3,5 km - energy drink: at 14 km and the arrival of the 3 distances

Bib-numbers are not sent by post and can be picked up on Saturday 22nd September from 09:00AM until 07.00PM at the entrance of the Casino (Monacoplein).

Registration for the 'Team Challenge' (only online until 16th September 2018)
Companies, organisations and associations can inscribe for the 'Team Challenge' on the three different distances (7, 14 and 21 km).
A team consists of 3 runners on the same distance. For the classification the times of the individual runners are added.
The tariff per runner is the same as the online-inscription tariff.
The registration fee includes the BIB-number, provisioning and medal.
